CODE OF CORPORATE ETHICS
The present ethics code of “Proton-Electrotex” JSC (hereinafter referred to as the code) represents a set of rules and principles, which is voluntarily accepted and shared by the Company on the whole and by every employee in particular.
The main target of the code is to determine operation standards and principles of conduct for the company employees from the point of view of interested parties in order to provide the balance of interests and to satisfy expectations at most, to increase effectiveness and comfort in production relations so as to build up our financial stability and to promote a corporate image.
The present ethics code is elaborated in compliance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation in force and generally accepted international practices relative to codes of business ethics.
