The company invests about 15% of the budget to the equipment and technology modernization every year.

For more effective planning of company resources and integrated control of business activities ERP system is being introduced. It will allow the company to carry out the cost reduction policy and as a consequence the sale price reduction policy.

PROTON-ELECTROTEX, JSC is in constant work with the leading Russian institutes in regards of new specialists training. At present 12 students are being educated at Moscow Energy Institute within the framework of goal-oriented educational program. After the graduation all the students will be employed. 

The company is in constant work with the leading scientific-research institutes of Russian Federation such as All Russian Electro technical Institute named after Lenin and Orel State Technical University. With the help of modern software from the leading foreign manufacturers together with Orel State Technical University a mutual work in regards of mathematical simulation of new devices characteristics is being provided.
